Small Group Training sessions taken by one of our very experienced personal trainers and designed by an exercise scientist.

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions have been created for those of you who love to push yourselves into a whole new level of fitness. 

This intense workout program is designed to help you burn hundreds of calories in a short amount of time. 


Don’t be intimidated by this program, as we always ensure anyone of any fitness level who joins has a fun and enjoyable experience in this challenging training session.

What to expect? You will see an improvement in your physical fitness, agility, coordination, strength and speed.

These sessions have been designed around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and the Metabolic Conditioning fitness methods, making each session very effective at helping you strengthen your body and increase your fitness level and to also get rid of excess fat. These sessions are the perfect addition to any existing Personal Training package at Body Language.



Monday and Wednesday - 6.30pm

Tuesday and Thursday - 5.45pm

Saturday - 8.30am

Each class runs for approximately 45 minutes.
