Peter’s core philosophy is grounded by the idea of Functional Fitness Training, exercising your toenails to fingernails, the movement of multiple body parts; through multiple planes to help people achieve their ultimate fitness goals.
This integrated approach to training allows clients to move and feel better through enhanced form and function.
Peter is passionate about exercise and the importance of practicing a healthy lifestyle 24/7. Staying fit and healthy is more than going to the gym 2-3 times a week.

Peter lives in Naremburn with his wife Jacqui and their 2 children; Zach and Alex.

Glaucio hails from Brazil where he was a Physiotherapist. Since landing in Australia, he has found his niche in the Fitness Industry. Glaucio works with his clients to get the results they seek through improving muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, weight loss and pre/post rehabilitation exercises.
After having worked within the Health Industry for many years with people of varying levels of mobility and fitness, Glaucio understands the importance of tailoring fitness regimes to suit the specific needs of each of his clients. He has a strong approach on functional movement and metabolic exercise, improvement of body biomechanics, delivering it all within a dynamic and motivated environment.
Glaucio is an energetic, enthusiastic trainer with certifications in Physiotherapy, Functional Training and Pilates.

Saga Wessman

After packing her bags from her home in Finland and moving to Australia, Saga completed a BA in International Tourism before realising educating others in the field of Health and Fitness was her true calling.
“My approach to fitness is really simple. I want to get people into a deliberate habit of moving and walking out of every session having learnt something new.”
After completing her Diploma of Fitness to become a qualified Exercise Therapist, Saga's passion for educating people on healthy eating and how to achieve their ultimate fitness goals led to do additional studies in Exercise Science.
In 2015, Saga embarked on a hiking adventure to the Everest base camp - a real testament to her strength and determination.

Lauren is a qualified Personal Trainer and an advanced level Running Coach. As an elite athlete, Lauren believes you should always train smarter not harder and focuses on training her clients to develop a focus on keeping the body moving and working in the nicest possible way.
Having experienced injury and illness from over-training herself, Lauren has developed a wealth of knowledge as a trainer and athlete, and gets a great deal of joy from sharing what she’s learned over the years with her clients.
Lauren left her career as a Social Worker 3 years ago to focus on her running and to work in the field of Health and Fitness, to which is truly passionate about.

Camila has over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry and specialises in women’s weight loss, endurance training and preparation for long distance races.
Using a Functional Training approach, Camila engages with her client’s bodies in a way which will help them move better, daily.
